SUNK TO ROCK BOTTOM..

This doesn't get any easier ..........When you just sunk even further..into a pit ...
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU HAVE SUNK TO ROCK BOTTOM......!!!!!!
What do you do when things seem so daunting
What do you do, when you have sunk to rock bottom ......??? you feel you just keep on sinking until you can't go any further and your emotions are flying all over the place ..!!!!!!!!
You feel life's let you down you have lost
all zest you are left with feelings of hope have gone.
just existing and not living,"thinking to yourself"
will things get better or will they just get worse.
If I could only just see the light, at the other side of the tunnel.
maybe tomorrow will be a brighter day, with God's love
to see me through another grim day.
You see my child I have always loved you


You see Lord it doesn't always feel like that
when you feel so sad we have the tendency to cover things
up, even when we have sunk to rock bottom
mostly its just a escape goat to avoid the pain
inside my heart, I only know for myself when
I am struggling with life I hide away from people
most times if I'm honest with myself I just need
to feel the love of God whether that might be in
friendship or just God holding my hand I cannot
explain it I just need to know that I am loved
especially when we feel hurt and only food seems
to be my friend,
Father show us that we need to lean on you
when we are facing extremely hard times
Father come to us now and let us feel for
one another help us to reach out to others in
our pain......Amen
