Need to get fit and healthy.

Reckless eating has destroyed my weight
Should have known better
I have been a stupid fool
What else can I call it
Sheer glut-tonally
Poisoned my body
I will never look the same.
But I can improve my being
By eating the right food.
I start right now.

Today
this hour
and every minute
I cannot pretend
to myself anymore
You see I kinda
felt sorry for myself
saying poor you.
You have had so much pain.
And still getting grief
So i sort of filled me
belly with rubbish
wasn't really hungry
angry bored
perhaps
depressed.

STILL .
That is no excuse.
Where can I START.
I would like to be healthy
but first
I need to make a change
one that will effect me
for the rest of my life.
Is their anybody out
there that could lend me
a helping hand
just to gently put me
on the right eating plan
and exercise too .

You've already taken the first step, and the steps don't have to be big ones. Start with a simply excrcise program--perhaps nothing more than a walk around the block. Ear more friets and vegetables, fewer sweets. Don't go on a radical diet immediately, but do things in a gradual manner while your metabolism speeds up.
