Tormented from flashbacks.....

No-one should put up with this abuse .......

After yesterday
Well to put it
bluntly i could never go
through that ever again...
Mum grabbed my hand and
forced out my paper ti-use
from my hand..
starting slapping me on the hands
and opened up her mouth and hissed
Well i just took to my heels and
ran for my life.....
I have put up with this abuse since i was a child ....
Her biting me ..
Hitting me with pokers,
belts...
Putting pillows over my face..
knifes up to my throat.
Its all coming back the flashbacks 

of child abuse
i don't think that i can face this day..
