But when you fail please
do not beat yourself over it
instead learn from it
draw wisdom from God
move on.

Don't dwell on might happen
instead draw strength
from your maker above.
Read God's word
act upon it
grow as a person.



Change what you can
Has quickly as you ought to.
Delaying  results consequences
But acting straight away
prevents from things from getting worse

Don't be like me
and delay things
until they get so bad
really i just needed
a kick up the bottom.






Calling all my  family and friends need all of your prayers right now ..
I found out the result from one of my tests. I have a narrowing of the gullet.
This could be the problem with the internal bleeding. The doctor said it could be serious i am worried .So the hospital have booked me into a day bed unit to do an endoscopy, to find out how bad it is .....
I hope that they an operate and fix it..Read God's word
