I have let myself down

Got a severe oesophagitis ...just below the gut meaning a ulcer ... and also at the bottom of the stomach i have Hiatus Hernia..BOTH TREATABLE WITH MEDICATION .. diet and complete change of lif styl i

Got a severe oesophagitis ..
Wish i had taken
more care of myself
not let my diet slip
or get myself stressed out.

Need to look after me.
Because no-one else will.
In future i take time out
To do the things I'd like
to do...

I always think about others
before myself.
now i am left with poor health
all because i didn't put me first..
