Long Forgotten

Describes how man has forgotten basic principles of life.

Tons of centuries passed by,

Cries of anguish and terror filled the sky;

From the ancient Crusades to 2000s,

The religion only remain, their teaching all gone;

Striking fear by killing their brothers,

They are winning land for their God;

Building temples, mosques, churches on that land,

But are they thinking that-

" What is the real desire of their Lord ? "

Long forgotten are the religion of peace, truth and universality,

Even the Almighty says now " What a pity ! ",

" The men and women I have created turned into beasts, "

" If this continues, soon my beautiful creation will cease to exit ";

Long forgotten is the simple truth,

Religion is made for mankind and not vice-versa.
