I'm a scared little girl
in a sick sad world
and the state of things are
getting to me

I don't know the time
Has everyone gone blind?
Why am I the only one
in this place?

Scream to me-I
can hear your needs
but can anyone hear me?

Come to me-God please let me see
why I hurt for them so
badly?

I know its wrong to
write a sad sing song
but I need to get this straight

Am I to think that everybody's
gone weak and I'm the Savior
of this place? Whats this
blissful ignorance. Why can't
I just sit and plead

I LOVED THAT! It was a fantastic ending to a VERY memorizing poem. The whole writing was haunting. It had its own mood, like you were experiencing it while reading it.

It does seem that humanity is dying all around us so i certainly understand where you are coming from on this... a very heartfelt plea and rant.
