What memory of laughter?
Efforts wasted
Emptiness hereafter,
Affliction tasted

I am a stone
Love to me, misplaced
Again alone
No warmth of an embrace

Nourish my pain,
On darkness thrives
Your cold heart of icy rain
Seduce me, make me feel once more alive

I like your usage of interweaving your rhythm on every other line.
A heart turned cold from other cold hearts...definitely an ill affliction indeed...
