I love this! If only it were easy...I find loving those I don’t know is easier than those I do! ;)
I try to find the humanity of those I would love to hate. What do we stand on in common and try and rest in that as appose to the hurtful things we are all capable of.
Because like you so beautifully and elegantly write here we are ‘elements of the same’

Amen sister! Those we don't know have less opportunity it seems to damage the fragile soul. In yet you are so right in saying that we all hurt others at some point or another, and isn't that the point? To live the layers of humanity, to love and even hate ourselves before coming back to understand that to be human is to find within ourselves the capacity to find unconditionality and eventually peace without the need for reciprocation from external forces? I know it's a hard concept to grasp, but aren't we here in this place in conflict even with ourselves? And if that is true and those around us are elements of ourselves in search of forgiveness then "conflict" or the elevation beyond conflict to forgiveness is actually the point isn't it? Deep concepts to ponder ha i enjoy the study of such musings, thanks for reviewing, i really appreciate it!
