Thank you for your reaction. Sorry, John, it's only digital and can be read with for example Adobe digital editions (a program that you can download for free on the internet). Maybe if I have success, that with the revenues I'll make a paper version. My first publication was a collection of Dutch poems and that was in a real book format, but I guess, you don't speak Dutch. Maybe in the near future. :) Rudi
