I live in a magical world.

In a beautiful castle up high.

I wear a pink dress,

that looks blue when I twirl.

There's no sadness, or pain here,

and that's why I stay here.

Have you ever seen a movie called The Land Before Time?

It sounds familiar. I think I maybe saw it when I was really little, but I don't remember much about it.

I first saw when I was very young, 10 or something. I rewatched a couple years ago and it was much better than I remembered, which is very rare for nostalgia based movie rewatching. They simply don't make wide release animated movies like that anymore. It's actually a really lovely story but it would probably qualify as dark fantasy by todays children's movie standards. The animation actually looks pretty good still. We've been beaten down with so much cgi over the years that manually animated animation looks like a foreign language almost to my eyes.
