essential to help them grow
protein for muscle strength

like a pear or a solid oak
keep this in mind as you eat
your health is not some joke

and ate only what there was
it would be a shame now to miss
controlling what one does

good diets are even a fad
if we eat more carefully
we can forget food that's bad

 

talk to someone who looks good
it is a good way to begin
compliment them on how they look
ask how they managed to stay thin

 

if they have any interest in you
they might have something to share
when they relate what they like to do
you found a friend who can care

 

everyone follows good models
the kinds of people they admire
among them they will also find
those who will live to retire
