Competition is always healthy

It keeps active people alive

Some choose not to participate

For them it'll be hard to survive

 

Competition can also be called a challenge

It is all in your point of view

Staying active and eating healthy

Is the challenge for me and for you

 

Reading and writing is important

It strengthens our complex brain

If one were to sit and do nothing

It could drive them totally insane

 

Good food choices fuel our bodies

And keep us healthy and strong

If all we were to eat was junk food

We surely wouldn't live very long
