A Time

There is a time,

In this one's life,

when it falls,
gets to the point,
and you don't want to live.

There is a time,
when it rises, and you feel.
this is the life, you always yearned for.

Be it a time,
of fall or rise,
embrace it, you'll never know,
what it will bring to you.

Bitter can be the best,
best can be the worst,
expect the unexpected.

There is a time.
when it falls, 
there is a time,
when it rises,
be it a time, 
fall or rise,
experience it anyway,
because this is one life.

This poem is a form of therapy. Embrace the fleeting beauty offered by our often cold world and accept it for just that. Excellent job. Although I thought the "Expect the Unexpected" part may have chopped up the rhythm.
