Minerva & BacchusA Poem by Rose MoonA light & fluffy poem of the Gods'Minerva I beg you believe me I love only you no-one else.'
'Oh Bacchus how dare you decieve me I know about Diana and Venus.'
'Oh c'mon you must reprieve me it's just fun that got out of hand.'
'You should know not to percieve me as someone who settles for less.'
'Too many parties, too many girls that is not part of the plan.'
'Don't let that come between us you know that I'm your man.'
And so leaning over she kicked him back into the water he fell.
Plucking notes, singing sweetly she played her new Lyre.
'Well you can just go down to hell.' © 2008 Rose MoonReviews
