A Lightbulb Went Off

Dodoitsu and Tanka

Dawn is here the stars have gone

Her crack was heard many miles

Now the lightbulb has gone off

Reform is now due

 

Common thought but an

Uncommon idea arose

What is that idea?

Let there be peace on this earth

Common_let peace start within

Dodoitsu_four lines-7,7,7,5 syllables and Tanka _five lines_5,7,5,7,7 syllables per line..Dodoitsu is usually about love or humor unrhymed and unmetered..
