I wrote this poem after I watched the movie Soul Surfer

My Arm

Was my future

My past and present

My Arm

was there and then it wasn't

Now where will I go

Fate took my arm away

I'll never get it back

But from now and forever

I'll work for what I lost

My Arm

Was my future

My past and present

My arm

Won't hold me down

Any More
