ErosA Poem by Sarah ConderI
welcomed you into my personal cosmos, Beckoning
to you with open, craving arms, We glowed
like moonlight, a pair of nocturnal lovers. Consumed
by longing for the touch of your velvet kisses Against
my pale, luminescent skin; delicate as the Brush of
a moth’s wing. You
traced a line along the contours of my body, painting me with your Voracious
artist’s eyes. Your gentle
words of admiration soothed my Desirous,
aching heart and enflamed my loins, As we became
a burning constellation, entwined In our
own clandestine universe. © 2013 Sarah ConderFeatured Review
