I am saying good bye

One last time

Don't come after me

For I am done trying

I sit here alone

And I always wonder

Why is it that I cannot be loved

I have tried time and again

To find someone

To be more than a friend

But I give up on you

And I bid thee farewell

I am through with the pain

And with the hurt and regret

So I stand here today

To say my final good bye
