Let's See If The Heart Can Mend The Soul

Let's See If The Heart Can Mend The Soul

A Poem by Sayonara

My stories unfold.
My sorrows are told.
The pain I hold.
Enraged in bold.
The things you say.
The things you do.
Sometimes they match up.
Sometimes they're not true.
This isn't me giving up on you.
I hope these words doesn't make you want me to.
Were they all lies.
Were they just wishfull thinking.
My heart pounds fast.
My eyes never stopped blinking.
Words of the past.
Feelings felt sad.
Is there something you wish you've never had?
The thoughts I get from the pain I feel.
The things you did forcefuly broke the seal.
When will you know what you're doing to me?
Ignorant eyes can never truly see.
From darkness to darkness.
Alone I stand.
Empty empty empty.
I will and always am.
Im missing something I can't find.
Darkness in my mind.
Cuts off my eye sight.
Where is what I'm searching for?
Behind which door?
Underneath which floor.
Maybe its not here.
