Pain is the only rememberence, that im still alive.

How much it hurts.

Weather if its just a headache, that feels like someone just peirced a knife through your own skull.

Or just a simple punch in the face that knocks the breath right out of ur lungs.

Or the pain that the person you love, will never want you.

Or seeing a love one die, right infront of you.

Not bad... if you want to fine tune it a little more, make sure you remember capitalization and homophone use (:
Other than that I like this one, if you want to make it a little easier to read, you might separate it into different stanzas, but its great without that :)
