An ode to chai in rain (and pakora)

An ode to chai in rain (and pakora)

A Poem by S€H@J
"

Specially for the monsoon hit india

"
Oh, steaming cup of spiced delight,
You warm my soul on dreary nights.
Raindrops drum a soggy song,
But in your arms, I can’t go wrong.

Your chai, a hug in porcelain guise,
Fights the chill and sleepy eyes.
And pakora, golden, crispy sin,
The perfect partner to dunk right in.

Together you dance in rain’s cold grip,
A comfort feast on my weathered trip.
Wet streets blur, but you stand tall"
The champions of my rainy-day brawl.

So here’s to you, my soggy bliss,
In every sip and every crisp.
Rain may soak, but you remain"
My edible sunshine in the rain.
