Ode to the Squirrel

I've seen the horror far too often. Something must be done. Something must be WRITTEN!! Drive safe.

I saw a squirrel today, on the side of the road.

It ran into the street to get a nut, nose twitching.

It had the bushiest tail I’ve ever seen. It was so cute!

Until a truck ran it over.

Now it’s a squirrel pancake.

Stupid squirrel.

And if you hear a 'pop' and think you've hit a can, double-check. It's probably a squirrel. Honest.
