Destiny

Swallowed by shadows.
Blinded by light.
I cannot follow the path of another.
Neither path is quite right.
Nor do I want to live,
A life that is 50 shades of grey.
That is not the answer.
That is not the way,
I must travel forwards,
My destiny is not set in stone.
But one thing is for certain.
My path,
I must walk alone.

That was beautiful! I love how you wrote it. I especially liked the part where you said you must walk your path alone.
