The stars glisten like falling raindrops, illuminating the obsidian sky.

The courtyard's Sakura tree reaching to grasp even a fraction of it's beauty,

failing to notice it's own.

"Are you okay?" the little girl asks as she steps onto the roof.

"Mmm hmm. Just a bit lonely I guess."

"Oh." she says, "well I'll keep you company."

"Thank you Renn."

She smiles, happy to have made a diffrence.
