Something I wrote my senior of High School about a real event in my life. Thought I'd share it with you

The TV blared, but I couldn't hear it

The room never stayed still, it continued to spin

Blood pounded in my ears, pumping thought my body

Sweat beats down my forehead, my palms getting sweaty

My parent's voices swirling around my head

Two words flashing in my young mind

YOU'RE ADOPTED
