Butterflies

Just a really cute one I wrote. (:

I feel like these butterflies will take me away,
Your skin is so close I can feel its heat.
You said I looked beautiful today,
I think the butterflies are stopping my beat.
Don't let me float away now,
I can't stand to leave your side.
I don't understand how,
How these butterflies just won't subside.
Your heart is so close to mine,
I wonder if you feel the same as me,
If you asked me if I feel fine,
I'll say you'll have to wait and see.
Cause if these butterflies take me away,
At least I was able to see you today.
