The Sheathing of the Sword - Book 1: The Serpent's Son

I tend to be very, very descriptive and verbose, and I unconsciously micro-manage every aspect so as to paint a vivid image that is identical to how I view it -- this leaves little room for interpretation, which takes out half the fun for readers. I apologize. Please bear with me, and in spite or because of these short-comings, let me know what you think. I'm not a fan of criticism, so please make sure to be critical with me; that's just something I'll have to get over, and it may as well be sooner or later.
