LUMINOSITY

" a reflection of light "

    

                                                                                                 

                                                           

a lustrous traipse of visible light

pieces of a gem ignite

broken shards spilling bright

scatters of spark flutter and shine

slices of illumination

a gathering riot of splinters

assemble to intricate lines

interacting a weave of threads to bind

sunbathed ribbons escaping a window blind

an iridescent flood sweeping mean

ravished in the arc of a clear running stream

seduction counts each luxe to feed a greed

holding tight a fist full of beams

every spoke slices extreme

cutting the hand that feeds

offered piece by piece

the battered bow to believe

dragging their coin to redeem
