To-day

To-day

A Poem by Shownashappening

A man sits paring him-self down gazing at the mirror
Of a sky told as unspooling murmurs of the wake
From powerful wings thrumming to meet the end of today
He reads marrow and fragments' laments to fear
That steeping life reminds all that is here
For a moment, unmoored he finds him-as-none
And all as one in such a state, there's no end"to today.

About
I'm an early middle aged neophyte in many things.. always loved reading and writing for fun (the latter being of fluctuating consistency). Basically I'm wanting to write more, whether it be vignett.. more..
