Reflecting back

Reflecting back

A Poem by William Kremer

I see how we've aged the same
As each path we amble converged
A twisting and undulating track at our fore
We walked, and bore the track's marks as our dirge
Plainsongs of road have sung it's lines that worn
Humming along with the parts we preferred
Witness the notes that caused us pain
I see how we've aged the same.

I would say that is a path well travelled and in company. A life story there. Good to reflect. Enjoyed your words William.

Thank you very much Chris.
Very nice writing. My favorite line: plain songs of road have sung its lines that worn…..It would be nice to know at whom it’s directed. Who the fellow traveler through life is.
