The Valley & The Tragedian

The Valley & The Tragedian

A Poem by William Kremer

My tragedian may lay to rest now
soothed by rolling hills and folding light
Wisping mists; fog, cloud and smoke
Screen the doomsaying-mind
Clotting ventricles and arteries flowing
The life-forces of miserys' estuaries
With luck, the brackish bleed will soon flow clean
-for now at least, clear swells my sea.

I have always found that being close to the natural environment lifts a heavy mood, makes burdens appear a little lighter. ( even if it is temporary). I admire your word choice here William and the imagery you conveyed. Depression is a curse.

About
I'm an early middle aged neophyte in many things.. always loved reading and writing for fun (the latter being of fluctuating consistency). Basically I'm wanting to write more, whether it be vignett.. more..
