Wonderful World

Wonderful World

A Poem by Sianna Reader
"

Imagine the world in it's complete opposite, the world of insanity...

"

The orange clouds dance, there’s eggs on the trees,
The bee’s sing like birds and the birds buzz like bees,
In a river of dryness, you’ll find the sweetness of me,
Oh what a wonderful world, the world of insanity!

It’s a beautiful day, this warm summer’s night,
The snow on the earth is full of moonlight,
But the sun’s in the sky with its face to the ground,
What a wonderful world of madness I’ve found.

The animals all laugh but their faces are grim,
They taste life and death like some sad little whim,
The sky has turned green; it’s dripping with rain,
What a wonderful world, the world of insane.

Whimsical piece kinda put me in the wonderland of Allison.

Oh, I love this! So quirky and out-of-the-ordinary- definitely not something you read on here everyday. Lovely work!

PS: My 100th review! Woo-hoo! *does mini-wave in celebration* ;)
