A Poem by Sibylle
"

Self-explanatory

"

The dusty rocks were scattered along,

If the sun appeared all would be lost since, the worst of times would be illuminated through the rays that fall down on the earth,

The swing on the tree branch swayed by slowly,

And as the years went by it rolled itself up, unused and forgotten,

The house always exuded the beauty in its simplicity, but simplicity over time turned to sadness and time changed all, in time,

The weeds that sprung up between the cracks in the road, once thought of as flowers, are now thought of as pests,

The cheerful cluck of animals, once exciting and serene, now inaugurate imposition and blockage,

The people you once thought you knew now are strangers,

The strangers take control and judge,

The hiding becomes habit, and deception becomes necessity,

The blame is always shifted,

The cause never confronted.
