Shot In the Dark

 

I’ve done all I can

Been as subtle as can be

But now I’m lost in the night

I can no longer see

Making you mine was my only goal

Now keeping these feelings inside has taken its toll

You’re the light in the night

You’re the reason I write

So now I’m taking a chance

On love and romance

I’m taking a gamble

Even though it’s my brain that ya’ scramble

Not sure how to say it

But just gotta try

Gonna bet it all on my heart

Gonna take a shot in the dark
