You cannot have

A journey like.any other, of lessons. this one less inspiring to begin but ends strong. overcoming hate and obsessive emotions

when you harbinge hate it is all that you are allowed and so to anything you think you want..

You cannot have,
until Hate is no longer all that keeps you as you struggle through the nights and your dreams gleam red from your tired eyes...

you cannot have....

Untill finally the day comes when you have found your self at ease woke to find some great weight no longer a strain accross your breathe...

Just clear eyes with no red left to cloud the mind with no roots of madness shon clear through the iris now theyre fine and life is like before but stronger and so now the hate it can no longer keep you....

Now in every direction,
perfectly see-through
clarity I havent seen the
likes of ever that I can recall
Still though in black in the back
there is a beast that is fed by
obsession alone
...and when
I can hear it jeering when..
...im out on my own I say to myself so that it can hear me speak the words that haunted for so long.

loosely translated from a poem i origonally wrote in german. it was the use of.the word hast which means both have and hate in german dependimg.on the context and that is what gave me the realisation that is this poem. if intentional or not. perfect

I believe it used to be said that when you hate, it's like volunterily taking poison. It does nothing for you. Holding onto grudges does no good for anyone. You cannot have freedom as long as its chains are around you.

Spot on mate i foind it so genius and also was thae inspiration behind this was the fact that hate and have are spelt the same in german and occured to me hate is one of the only things that you really can "have"
