Yes I've gone, across the sea
You won't hear much, for now, from me
The ship has sailed, the bird has flown
I'll have to leave you all alone

So take this time to search elsewhere
In love and war, you'll find all's fair
Enjoy this month, for I sure will
I've gone AWOL, but writing still
