Dearly BelovedA Poem by Hope
My dearly beloved,
Oh how little you knew when you came, a deep despair once you rang. Wild eyes, yeast and yearly souls - no more, my life, they can't control. Unsung hero nonetheless, yet never failing to give his best. You may walk and far away, please don't leave the door this day. Now, this time, you have my mind. To say these words so far and wide, I cannot stop nor tell you no, unfeeling winter's snow is cold. These words, unraveling, say naught much, please forgive my mind 'n such. © 2014 Hope |
