I could've been more loving

I could've cared more

I could've easily healed

Some broken hearts for sure

 

I could've been more realistic

I could've stopped living in dreams

I could've struggled in this real world

I could've been more faithful

More trustworthy and true

A little bit more honest

My individuality, then, I could prove

 

I could've stopped copying

I could, then, easily see

I could never be like the rest of them

But I could always be more of me...
