Are they?

A nice one this time...

Are these words just mere words

Do they mean a little bit more?

Do they die the instance they strike your heart

Or to the greatest heights, they soar

 

Are these thoughts and all these feelings

Just a confusion I now face

Or do they mean a lot more that just that

Can they explain my cloak of grace

 

Are these sighs a sign of happiness

A sign of say, contentment

Will they prove that I'm in love with life

WIll they convey all that I've sent

 

Are these sleepless nights meaningful

Or have I just typed them all away

I fail to find all the right words

Yet, there's so much that I want to say...

Wonderful poem, Siya. I wasn't going to read this, cuz i have 'ADD' lol, then i saw the first two lines. I then proceeded to click frantically lol. The first stanza was my favorite. Hell, the whole POEM was my favorite! It all has so much meaning, and hidden meaning to it.

there is something to it that I liked but I don't know what

maybe if you add some more lines and a smooth tune you can still convert this into a song
