A Poem by SkinlessFrank

When the puzzle of

your broad back

and narrow shoulders,

the sweetness

between your legs

as you push push

so deliberately

when we were nineteen,

in the Connecticut woods

in your childhood bedroom

with the blue porcelain elephant

that your aunt gave you

has melted away

I often wonder how

it is that

only a moment ago

we were

there

It’s a regular memory but descriptively good, not vulgar. It’s presentable more so than in my mindset.

such an earthy read . . . in the woods, then in the childhood bedroom, memory is strongly recalled through the sense of smell

You describe perfectly sensual memory, that which follows and remains.

there is a certain alluring nuance present here in the rich beauty sewn through the raw reality of bodies and minds in union fluctuating through the prisms from there to here~ the in between imagery is captivating~

in your childhood bedroom

with the blue porcelain elephant

that your aunt gave you

has melted

away.
