Dead Words

Dead Words

A Poem by SkyxRose

I won’t apologize for my disgrace
As my fist came down on your face
Violence is never the answer
I thought as your failure
Grew loud and clear
Who am I? You dare ask
I am your server
And you’ll receive what I command
But I demand that your last breath
Be at my hands
Because a foul soul like yours
Deserves a death with leisure
And pray I may
That I enjoy it with pleasure
However cruel you may think of me
Think back to the time when
You degraded and demeaned me
Did you honestly believe
That I would just sit here and take it?
Take it, I shall I told you
But don’t worry I’ll make sure it gets
Reaped ten-fold unto you
And I’ll laugh in delight
As your world crumbles before your eyes
Call me cruel, call me callous
Call me whatever you desire
Because honestly, dead words
Will fall unheard against my ears
