Over The HillA Story by A.R. RoseA young teenager moves to France hoping that she can be successful in getting into her ideal school - temporarily renting a room in a flat for rich children- but soon discovers that she wants more...
'Okay,' Jayce sighed 'new start, new me.' 'That's my girl!' Mom cooed softly. Jayce rolled her eyes. 'Okay, I've packed your underwear, your bras - oh and your bits and bobs!' 'Mom,' Jayce tried to keep the exasperation out of her tone. 'Thank you , but i don't want the neighbors listening to you talk about my private stuff.' Mom ignored her and cheerfully started folding up the jumper that Grandma had gotten her last Christmas . It said 'SEASONS TWEETINGS' with a picture of a robin bedazzled by sequins. 'Mom!?' 'No! I am not wearing that!' Mom folded her arms ' Why not ?' Jayce thrust her arms in front of her 'Because it makes me look fat!' Mom picked up the jumper and positioned it in front of Jayce 'I think it makes you look cute!' 'Mom! people are wearing different things this century you know!' 'Hey, don't judge my sense of style , honey . It's how i wooed your Father!'
