From the Window

old

As I watch,
He cries himself to sleep.
As I watch,
I see him think -
Long, black, dark thoughts he thinks.
As I watch,
He shrugs and sighs.
As I watch,
He tries to wipe the tears from his eyes -
But they will not leave.
As I watch,
He is all alone.
As I watch,
He wishes someone would save him-
Oh, someone please save him.
As I watch,
He slowly dies.
