Dancers in the Rain

Dancers in the Rain

A Poem by Andromeda
"

kinda depressing...

"

The teardrops

They fall

Like dancers in the rain.

And the children

They smile,

Blind to all the pain.

Sitting there,

Watching it all

As just a game

Through the window

Across the street—

The shadow

Of the man without

A name:

The man they’ll

Never meet,

The man who

Holds a gun

To the teardrops

On his face

As he does

Every Friday,

Remembering how

She left him

Lonely in this place.

Awww. That is very sad. I like the "dancers in the rain" line. It's great.
