And walked

The street with steps all

Out of beat,

Collecting glances from all the

Contact lenses that he’d meet.

 

Jerry Walsh walked

LEFT

            And

                        RIGHT

The street and deliberated

Why no one ever stopped to chat.

Collecting words and

Hiding his thoughts within his hat.
