London Landing

London Landing

An important person's arrival, Special arrangements and

"

News! News! Glorious News!

Time has elapsed, Months have passed,

Day after day, sand slips through the hourglass,

Hours, minutes, seconds, all moments have been broken.

Ahlan Ahlan, Welcome!

 Bid Thee with greetings,

The land’s soil moistens, fruit and flowers prosper,

Trees blossom, and birds sing in praise of a king.

Long thou waited for this moment of celebration,

Season of spring heightens in mellow jubilation.

All that art living in this atmosphere,

Doth not but come together,

All that art celestial within creation,

Gather for an extraordinary reception.

Oh London,

“Whose feet art thou laid to hold?

Whose self art thou raised to hover?

Whose garden art thou blessed to flourish?

Whose basket art thou grown to ripen?

Whose soul art thou raised to shelter?

Whose glisten doth thou marvel to wonder?

Whose fragrance doth thou carry to deliver?

Whose quintessence kept thou from evanescence?
Hail London, Alas, bless’d thou”

Felicitations!

Alas, thou’s home once again sweetens,

May it commence to not be sojourn,

Home sweet home.

The dome air once again heads to liven,

Gift’st verve to an evergreen thorn,

Soft whisper dome.

Her Heart once again vivacious in rejoice,

                        Beauty one and all adorn.

And toward central core

The city dost roam

Never left forlorn.

London, Your earth and skies, I bid Mubarak,

London, Your flowers and fruit, I bid Mubarak

London, Your clouds and stars, I bid Mubarak

London, Your wind and season, I bid Mubarak.

London, Your city and people, I bid all Mubarak

London, Mubarak Mubarak,

 Oh! London,

            Celebrations!

Thou doth bestow bounties eternal, shower ardor too deep to journal,

Till the Day of Judgment may thou grace to pride dawat and its race!

May London continue to live in love of their Lion like Leader,
And forever liven the lives of London; for thou art a heart reader.
