Happy but Hurt

You make sure I am happy
When life is rather crappy.
You turn my tears into laughter
Then we sit and cuddle together.

You eat unhealthy fast food
Because I'm in that kind of mood -
Sometimes we play table tennis
Even though my skills need practice - 

You take me for an evening walk
Spend hours when I want to talk - 
You unwind with me on a movie night
But we have not yet been to fly a kite.

These moments I have not forgotten...
The memories will never go rotten...
This is not my reason for complain..
When I say I am hurting and in pain...

I trust Your love
I know You care
Of all Your feelings
I am deeply aware

Please forgive me
Just this one time
We'll work this out
And be more than fine
