Bitterness

Its been an adventure

If I ever had one

Sweet and sour bitterness

A bad taste in your mouth

Like a sour Juice or Grapefruit Juice

Nothing sweet my love

It's just bitter sweet

sad complete

you make me think

I'm missing something

Like a cup of love overflowing

But the bitterness has set in once again

Maybe we should count our blessings

and look the other way

and maybe the bitterness

May just go away with our sins of yesterday
