Love and the revolving doorA Poem by SmittyJasFalling so fast and recovering so slowThey said we were to young To fall in love But we adventured in Time and time again adventured in love again and again It was like old habit for us Kisses sweet A little sweet talk some romance And the Two for lover's lane Things just weren't the same Arguments got heated sometimes then cooler heads prevailed For we were on loves trails not running but on a slow trot around a lovely track We ventured into loves gardens Where many roses bloomed Multi colors of roses But I set my eyes on you You were the prettiest rose of the bunch My mind had a hunch I chosen you out of all the roses in the bushes Comparing roses and wines Your rose was the best bottle of wine Vineyards ever created and out of the bunch of roses Your roses aroma Was the sweetest on the stems There was no one else to compare with them falling so fast and recovering so slow Love and the revolving door we go through Life and love can be pain But life without Roses Just could not be the same I just want to hold you till You sense that I love you forever
